Gikuyu Women in the USA (GWITU) is a registered 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization with a mission to Connect, Inspire, Empower, and Support causes for the Gikuyu Women in the United States, Canada, and the UK. GWITU is a safe space for networking and promoting initiatives and programs aimed at eradicating social ills and challenges that affect our communities.

We draw strength from our diverse backgrounds, talents, and skills. We seek to establish a thriving, engaging, and visible GWITU membership while providing a platform for engaging in activities that help sustain personal, professional, and community development.
